Shipping and delivery policy

DELIVERY

When you place your order, we start making your items as quickly as possible. Each product is personalized and printed on demand, which requires some time for construction, customization and printing before shipping.

General delivery times

All our parts are hand-made to order or printed on demand, the processing time may vary. During the off-peak months, orders are processed within 3 to 6 business days and ready to ship. During the high season, orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days and are ready to ship. Once your order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to the email left upon departure.

US ORDERS

We use UPS Mail Innovations. The package is delivered to your door by USPS. You will receive your parcels on average 7 to 20 days after their preparation and shipping. You will also receive a notification regarding tracking information when your order has been shipped.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We use China EMS (ePacket). The average transit time is 10 to 40 days and this service is available worldwide. You will also receive a notification regarding tracking information when their order has been shipped.

EXECUTION OF ORDERS
We ship every day from Monday to Saturday, 52 weeks a year, except Sundays and holidays. Orders placed before 22:00 CST or 04:00 CET Sunday to Friday will begin to be spent the next day. From time to time, orders may not ship the "next day" due to inventory issues, lack of order information, or billing delays. Orders placed on Saturday will be shipped on Monday or the next business day.
